Make an impression

Fall Band Rehearsals

Join the Capital City Band of TCC for the 2017-2018 concert season and make an impression on the Tallahassee community.  We currently need:

  • Percussion
  • Flute
  • Clarinet
  • Trumpet

Rehearsals start Monday, August 21, 2017, from 7-9 pm at the TCC Band Room, room CH165, in the TCC Communications and Humanity’s building.

TCC Jazz Band starts rehearsing for the 2017-2018 concert season on Wednesday, August 23, 2017, at the TCC Band Room, room CH165, in the TCC Communications and Humanity’s building.

Summer Readings – Capital City Band of TCC

The Capital City Band of TCC (concert band) is having reading sessions the next two Monday nights at the TCC Band Room, room CH165, in the TCC Communications and Humanity’s building (7-9:00) and will start regular rehearsals on Monday, August 21st.

The TCC Jazz Band will begin back up on Wednesday, August 23rd. All rehearsals are 7-9:00.

Thursday Night Music Club 10th Annual Jazz Showcase Concert in Tallahassee

Join the musicians of Thursday Night Music Club for their Tenth Annual Jazz Showcase Concert on Thursday, August 17th at 7:30 PM in Ruby Diamond Concert Hall. This is their first show in the big house and they want to fill it with loyal and new fans! Tickets are still just $5.00!

Get tickets from band members, at MusicMasters, or at the door. TNMC plays a variety of repertoire including jazz, swing, funk, blues, rock, and Latin jazz arrangements for jazz ensemble.

There are several TNMC that play in the TCC Jazz Band, let’s turn out and support them and the rest of the band.
